Results after drinking the B-Skinny Coffee after 19 days

Well I am still loving this Boresha coffee. My results have not been greatly dramatic compared to some folks who have lost a bunch of weight and double digit inches off their body measurements. But there have been many wonderful results from drinking it. I continue to get slimmer around the waist. I have almost reduced my waist by 3″ just in 19 days. I have not change my diet or eating habits. I am not doing more exercising than I normally do with my job. The only thing I have done is changed my brand of coffee heroes.

I have not missed drinking my Folgers even in the littlest way. Don’t even miss it at all. But on my 30th day of drinking Boresha coffee I will go to my doctor’s office and get on the scale there so I will have an official number of pounds lost. I was in the doctor’s office the day before I started with this coffee for my annual physical so I will have the numbers to get the exact difference in my weight before and after. But it is nice not to know because I notice other things too. I do feel lighter on my feet and I do have a lot more energy than I did when I was drinking a whole pot of Folgers everyday.

All of my clothes fit better. Some of my Sunday go to meeting suits I thought I was going to have to have altered or get rid of, they fit me again. All of my jeans are 36X34 and I refused to buy jeans bigger than 36 in the waist. No problem now. I mentioned earlier that my wife and I have been married 10 years and she has never seen my abs. Well that is about to change. It is so exciting to finally be losing this ugly fat around my waist that I want to exercise more and get my muscles toned again. I will start doing that after my first 30 days of Boresha coffee. She will really be surprise in one more month. It is really amazing because I never dreamed that all I had do was change my coffee to change my life. It can’t be that easy. But drinkin and shrinkin is all I am doing.
